So if you wish to become a great network marketing professional,you need to recruit people all the time.You can not sit and say that Now you are not making efforts to bring new persons in team and putting all your time in giving training to your team.You need to do recruitment all the time and sponsor more & more people.For the same you need to set a goal in numbers ,how much you need to sponsor .This should be in increasing value of atleast 10% growth in each month.
Moreover you need to make example in front of your leaders so that they will duplicate your plan of action & efforts.
2.Training is the main Key to success in Network Marketing - Make a training programme for your team as a process which is system driven.It must not be dependent on you or any other team member whereas it must be duplicable and creating New leaders as a part of process.
